Building Blocks of Alignment
Alignment creates flow and affects the energy of each pose. This flow creates freedom. Learning how to align the different parts of your body in asana, while sitting, standing, and walking re-patterns the energy flow so that your body will feel more alive and function more efficiently. Everything works better with alignment – your thinking improves, the stress in your body dissolves, the pain disappears. In this workshop you will learn the most important alignment points in standing poses.
Aadil personally studied, for over forty years, with the greatest alignment master in history, B.K.S. Iyengar. Adding his own in-depth research to that education, yoga teachers consider Aadil to be one of the most educated alignment-based teachers today. This information, invaluable as it is, will be shared by Aadil with you in this unique workshop.
